The Islamic Center of Southern California unequivocally condemns the beheading of an American civilian contractor in Iraq. This barbaric action is completely against Islamic law. Qu'ranic law demands justice against these criminals. No excuse that they make can justify this terrible deed. We send condolences to the family and friends of Nicholas Berg.
